#FridayInspiration – Free The Supermodels!

When George Michael’s “Freedom! ‘90.” first hit the radio waves in 1990, he probably didn’t see world domination coming. Granted, he had the firepower from the original army of supermodels Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, and Naomi Campbell, directed by David Fincher and styled by Camilla Nickerso. How could anyone lose in that stellar line-up?

26 years on, after bouts of scandals involving public toilets, the former Wham! frontman is back with a vengeance, this time with a gorgeous lip-syncing medley courtesy of 11 runway icons including Adriana Lima, Joan Smalls, Anna Ewers, Caroline Murphy and Taylor Hill, for the reissue of the iconic album Listen Without Prejudice. Not to mention an impressive assembly of America’s top designer brands including Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs and Joseph Altuzarra.

Sounds like one bang! of a comeback to us. We couldn’t have thought of a more brilliant fashion showcase + #throwback combination that reflects the essence of what fashion should be: fun, showy and best worn with a liberal dose of “I don’t give a %$#W^^W$” swagger.

Here are the two supermodel-ised MVs. Which do you prefer?
